The Alfa Laval rotary jet head tank cleaning equipment use an optimized high-impact jet pattern to provide the highest possible coverage to achieve the best possible cleaning results. The flow of the cleaning fluid makes the nozzles perform a geared rotation around the vertical and horizontal axes. In the first cycle, the nozzles lay out a coarse pattern on the tank surface. Subsequent cycles gradually increase coverage until, after eight cycles, extending over the entire tank interior surface for thorough cleaning. The high jet pressure, or force of impact, efficiently removes residue to provide the cleaning conditions required for production.
