Product Description
The dust collector Quad Pulse Package 1 is designed to handle hazardous dusts from pharmaceutical and chemical processes with smaller air volumes of 500 – 1,200 m³/h (295 – 706 cfm). The QPP 1 includes one filter cartridge which is cleaned online in four segments, one at a time, to avoid interrupting operations. The unit also includes a second H14 HEPA filter stage that serves as a safety and flame barrier towards the clean side. The dust collector QPP1 is available in two different versions, the QPP1 PX is designed to be used with an external fan down to -25 kPa, the QPP1 PXI comes with an integrated fan suppling suction pressure down to -5 kPa. Both units include a pressure shock resistent housing and a Bag-In Bag-Out safe-change system for all filter stages as well as the dust discharge.
